Cruising under the bridge on the Bosphorus …
… through the border between Asia and Europe …
… here is finally the harbour of Byzantium!
Just in time for dinner ! What might we taste there?

Your pictures bring back some fond memories of Istanbul. I Blue Mosque is particularly beautiful. Thanks for reminding me that Canada is not the only place in the world with beautiful things to see!
Merry Christmas
Jim
Hi Jim! You remind me I did not visit Canada yet – while you look like having seen much part of this planet.. I have a friend in Vancouver, maybe I should pay her a visit! But then, what’s best in Canada? Merry Christmas to you too!
Lorenzo
Canada is awesome. Vancouver is really beautiful. Canada has the coast line like Norway or Sweden, as you go east. the Rocky Mountains are like the Alps, the Prairies are like the German heartland, forests are like the Black Forest, Lakes the size of small oceans, coastline like the British Isles and loads of friendly people. By the way, if you plan to visit, it is about 10 million square kilometers and takes about 70 hours 100km per hour) of straight driving to go from coast to coast….better back a lunch!
Merry Christmas
Jim
Beautiful, Lorenzo! Happy Holidays to you and your family. 🙂
Thank you Windybee, all the best to all of you too! The skiing season is open in Switzerland…in case you wanna pass by 🙂
Hi Lorenzo!
I really like this set of photos!
I like a lot the first one (the sunset), the third (the bridge) and the fifth (the colourful building on the river).
Thank you for posting!!!
