   Very Nice! I really like the contrast between the sharp lines of the buildings and the hazy feel of the foliage! Do you accentuate the colors or sections of the image with a program?

     Dear Jim, yes, I used Lightroom to change the clarity of these subjects. The change is applied to the whole picture. When there are objects on focus distant from unfocused backgrounds, softening the pictures gives this effect of sharp lines against soft surfaces. What was on focus stays sharp, what was unfocused turns into blurred patterns. Colors of the soft part, as a consequence, get less contrasted: a “pastel effect” that I also like. I suppose before Lightroom photographers could obtain a similar effect with these “softener lenses” used for portraits… but with Lightroom it is easier.

       Thanks. I take plenty of pictures, but do not use any program to enhance them. Thanks for advice.

       Since I started to work with raw files it is difficult for me to stay away for Lightroom 🙂 Especially when weather conditions are not optimal, or I want to convert to black and white a color picture.
