The doubt: from a true story in Halbinsel Au
This afternoon everything was fine at the pond.
Dragonflies were flying low, easy catch for my tongue and for a Nikon 70-200 VR-II mounted on a D800
The murderer was there, yes, but on the other side …
then suddenly something swished through the canes (click to enlarge and watch him into his evil eyes)
and appeared above me with his stinky feathers (which you can see well thanks to the 70-200 VR-II bla bla, click to enlarge)
This is the last thing I remember. Am I in frog’s heaven now?
Pictures shot at the pond of Halbinsel Au, Switzerland.
Swimming brown sparrows in Swiss wavy meadows
One sparrow hovering on dry grass is usual …
Dozens of sparrows on the street are less usual …
Why do the fly forth and back all together?
Are they interested in these berries?
No, they all fly to that pine tree… but for what?
Watch what some of them carry in their beaks … are they building up the biggest nest ever? Pictures shot with D800 + 70-200 VRII at 1/1250 sec – click to enlarge and enjoy the sharpness of these motion shots
